Pool Hours During Summer Season
I wanted to discuss extending the pool hours during the summer months. Many residents work during the day and would appreciate evening swimming opportunities. What does everyone think about keeping the pool open until 9 PM instead of 7 PM from June through August?

I received the notice about the HOA fee increase for next year. While I understand costs are rising, a 15% increase seems steep. Can the board provide more detailed breakdown of where these additional funds will be allocated? I think transparency would help residents understand the necessity.

At the last board meeting, there was discussion about installing speed bumps on the main road through our community. Several residents, including myself, have noticed cars speeding through, especially during rush hour. Has there been any progress on this proposal?
Noise Complaint - Late Night Construction
Has anyone else noticed construction noise late at night near Building C? It's been happening around 11 PM for the past week. I thought we had quiet hours starting at 10 PM. Can someone from the board look into this?
Book Club Starting Next Month!

New Resident Introduction
Hi everyone! My family just moved to unit 456 last week. We're excited to be part of this community. We have two kids (ages 8 and 10) and a friendly golden retriever named Max. Looking forward to meeting everyone and getting involved in community activities!
Organizing a Neighborhood Watch Program
With the new security cameras being installed, I think it would be great to also start a neighborhood watch program. We could organize volunteers to keep an eye out for suspicious activity and create a communication network. Anyone interested in helping get this started?
Dog Waste Stations Needed
We need more dog waste stations throughout the community. There's only one near the park, but many residents walk their dogs along the trails. Can the board consider installing 2-3 additional stations?

Street Light Out on Maple Drive
The street light near 123 Maple Drive has been out for about two weeks now. It's quite dark in that area at night. Has this been reported? When can we expect it to be fixed?
